Terms of Service - AppMilly

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions regulate access and use of the AppMilly digital platform, designed for presenting business projects and facilitating contact between entrepreneurs and potential investors or supporters.

By using AppMilly, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these terms, in accordance with applicable legislation in the Republic of Angola.

2. Nature of the Platform

AppMilly is a digital project presentation and party connection platform, acting exclusively as:

                            A means for presenting business opportunities
A facilitator of contact between entrepreneurs and interested parties
An investment decision support tool

                        

AppMilly is not a financial institution, does not accept deposits, does not manage third-party funds and does not perform financial intermediation under applicable legislation.

3. Transaction Responsibility

All payments, investments, donations or any type of financial transfer:

                            Are made directly between the investor/supporter and the entrepreneur
Must be made to the bank account indicated by the entrepreneur responsible for the project
Do not transit, at any time, through AppMilly accounts

                        

AppMilly does not participate, does not control and does not guarantee any financial transaction carried out between the parties.

4. Disclaimer

AppMilly is not responsible for:

                            Financial losses resulting from investments made
Non-compliance with agreements by the entrepreneur
Failures in the execution of presented projects
False or inaccurate information provided by users
Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the relationship between investor and entrepreneur

                        

Every investment decision is entirely the responsibility of the user.

5. Project Validation

                                    AppMilly commits to:
                                    Verify the basic existence of presented projects
Conduct a preliminary feasibility analysis
Validate essential information provided by entrepreneurs

                                

                                    However, this validation:
                                    Does not constitute a guarantee of success, financial return or investment security
Does not replace the individual investor's analysis

                                

6. Entrepreneur's Responsibility

The entrepreneur who publishes a project on AppMilly is fully responsible for:

                                    The accuracy of the information presented
The execution of the project
The fulfillment of agreements with investors
The management of received funds

                                

                                    For transparency purposes, the entrepreneur must provide:
                                    Valid telephone contact
Physical address or business location
Clear identification of the person responsible for the project

                                

7. Investor/Supporter Responsibility

The investor or supporter declares that:

                            Acts by free will and at their own risk and expense
Understands the risks associated with the investment
Must perform their own due diligence before investing
Is responsible for formalizing any agreement with the entrepreneur

                        

8. Fees and Services

AppMilly may charge:

                            Project publication fees
Featured listing or premium service fees
Optional consulting and business structuring services

                        

These fees refer exclusively to services provided by the platform and are not related to amounts invested between the parties.

9. Legal Compliance

AppMilly operates in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Angola, respecting:

                            Rules applicable to the digital environment
Principles of transparency and good faith
Legal limits related to non-financial intermediation

                        

10. Changes to Terms

AppMilly reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes duly communicated on the platform.

11. Acceptance

By using AppMilly, the user declares:

                            Being aware that the platform is only a means of connection
Assuming full responsibility for their decisions
Agreeing with all terms established here

                        

12. Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes, the jurisdiction of the Republic of Angola is elected, to the exclusion of any other.
